I’m a keen cook in my spare time and due to time restraints the vast majority of the food that I cook is easy to prepare, and quick to cook. There are a few of my recipes that will be going up on the site that are a little more complex or require a bit more cooking time, but there shouldn’t be any meals here that are difficult.
Coming up, there will be a number of posts from me with a number of my favourite meals, ramblings about my favourite foodstuffs and equipment that I use in the kitchen.
